What we collect

When you join Trade Secrets Club we collect: your name, email, billing details (handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers), your trade type and business information you provide during onboarding, and any messages you send us. If you join through the Skool community, Skool also collects standard community-membership data per their own policy.

How we use it

Provision and operate your membership and AI receptionist.
Send membership-related email (welcome, billing, product updates).
Improve our product, content, and customer support.
Comply with legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Processors we use

We use trusted third parties to operate the service. Each handles only what it needs:

Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
Skool — community platform hosting. Subject to Skool's privacy policy.
Vercel — web hosting and edge delivery.
Convex — application database.
GoHighLevel / Twilio — phone numbers and AI receptionist for your business (only the data needed to operate your assigned line: caller phone numbers, call transcripts, messages routed to/from your business).

Cookies

We use only essential cookies — session, authentication, and the minimum required to remember your checkout state. We do not run third-party tracking pixels or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or close your membership at any time. Email bobby@apexai.technology with the subject line “Privacy request”.

Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your membership is active, plus the period required by tax law (typically seven years). Operational data (call transcripts, lead messages) is retained per your tenant's configured retention window — contact us to adjust.
